5 bucks says you didn't think of this! Yes, this is Rajasthan. This was taken in Jaipur. This is one of the two roads that lead to the Nargarh Fort. The Rang De Basanti scene, where Amir falls into a water pool from the top of a wall, also was shot from the same fort.
PS- I wish i had a better camera; i could have captured the picture a lot better.
